Cell Signal Booster Installation in Washington
Elevated Systems installs Wilson Pro commercial and residential cell signal booster systems across Pierce County and King County, WA. We are a licensed WA electrical contractor — not a reseller, not a national tech company. We handle the full scope: site survey, system design, cable routing, installation, and testing.
If you have dead zones in your building, we find the signal, amplify it, and distribute it to every corner of the space. All carriers. One system. Done properly.
Why Buildings in Washington Have Signal Problems
Washington’s building stock and geography create some of the worst conditions for in-building cell signal in the country:
- Energy-efficient Low-E glass — The metallic coating in modern low-emission windows is highly effective at blocking RF signals. New construction built to Washington’s energy code is often worse for cell signal than buildings from 30 years ago.
- Metal construction — Warehouses, agricultural buildings, and industrial facilities built with steel framing and sheet metal cladding absorb and reflect RF energy, creating complete dead zones.
- Concrete and steel framing in multifamily — The multifamily construction boom in Pierce and King County has produced buildings that are essentially Faraday cages for cell signal.
- Terrain — Hills, valleys, and tree cover throughout the Puget Sound region create signal shadowing that leaves entire neighborhoods underserved.
- Carrier network gaps — Rural areas including the Key Peninsula, the foothills east of Puyallup, and rural Pierce County have limited tower infrastructure. A booster system can make the difference between usable signal and none at all.
What We Install
We are a Wilson Pro authorized commercial installer. Our systems include:
- Wilson Pro 1000 — Small to mid-size commercial spaces up to 25,000 sq ft
- Wilson Pro 4000 — Large commercial and industrial spaces up to 140,000 sq ft
- Wilson Pro 4300 — Enterprise-grade with cloud monitoring and remote management
- Passive DAS — Distributed antenna systems for complex multi-floor installations
All systems support multiple carriers simultaneously: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, FirstNet, and US Cellular.
How it works: An outside antenna on the roof or exterior captures the existing signal from nearby towers. A Wilson Pro amplifier boosts that signal. Inside antennas distribute the amplified signal throughout the building. No carrier involvement required. FCC registered and compliant.
Building Types We Serve
- Commercial offices and retail — Medical offices, hotels, restaurants, schools, retail
- Warehouses and industrial buildings — Metal construction, large floor plates, logistics and manufacturing
- Multifamily and apartment buildings — Building-wide solutions for property managers
Why a Licensed Electrical Contractor
Most cell signal booster installers are low-voltage technology companies. They can run cable through a drop ceiling and call it done. What they cannot legally do in Washington state:
- Run conduit through walls and mechanical rooms
- Access electrical panels for power connections
- Pull electrical permits
- Perform work that requires a licensed electrical contractor under Washington law
Elevated Systems holds Washington electrical contractor license ELEVASL799BN. When an installation requires conduit, panel access, or permits — and many commercial jobs do — we handle it in full scope, legally, and with the documentation your building manager or property insurer requires.
